Job Description:

  1. Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, lead qualification, sales presentations, program sales demonstrations, account- based marketing, running assessments, surveys and evaluations on client site, commercial proposal submissions, contract negotiations, revenue generation.
  2. Develop a trusted advisory relationship with client stakeholders and executive sponsors, proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis, and convert client needs into enterprise contracts to meet sales quota/target.
  3. Work cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of the solutions according to the client needs and objectives with the programs they have enrolled
  4. Go the extra mile to make it a great experience for the client to solve their problems, and should be in a position to give customizable solutions. Creates an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the client leveraging qualitative and quantitative
  5. Understand the company’s offerings and communicate the USP to the

client. Do need analysis of the prospective client’s present learning gaps and customizing our programs as per the client’s needs.

CTC Offered: 4-3 lakhs

FIXED :- 80%

Variable:- 20%(this includes your daily allowance like travel, petrol, etc )
